Popsy Fit started with a simple question, why can’t a frozen treat be the best part of a healthy day? We’re rewriting what a popsicle can be: high-protein, hydrating, gorgeously made.
Why we exist
Dessert and nutrition were never meant to be enemies.
We grew up loving the sound of a freezer door opening on a hot afternoon. But somewhere along the way, the “healthy” version of that moment became a chalky protein bar in a sad wrapper.
Popsy Fit is the in-between. A frozen wellness brand for people who care about what they eat, but refuse to give up the joy of a real treat. 15g of protein. Real fruit. Hydration that hits. All folded into a popsicle worth waiting in line for.
